For a construction-related request, have the responsible contractor confirm the conditions affecting the project and visits. We do not infer delivery permission or working access from a general address or a neighbouring property’s arrangement.
Keep sanitation outside the active work path
Describe the position relative to material deliveries, occupied entrances and the crew’s work area. Tell us which indoor facilities cannot be used and when the number of workers is greatest. A standard cabin and washing may be discussed together, while accessible needs should be raised explicitly rather than assumed from a larger unit.
Plan access for repeated visits
A route that works for initial delivery must remain practical for agreed servicing and removal. Nominate a contact who can coordinate gates and property management.
