Support the workers outside public opening hours
Describe when the crew starts and finishes, including shifts before a business opens or after guests leave. Identify indoor bathrooms that remain genuinely available. Discuss toilets and washing based on the working pattern, with the site representative reviewing the applicable sanitation requirements.
Keep contractors and normal property use compatible
Choose a proposed position that workers can reach without entering private or customer-only areas. Explain shared entrances and delivery restrictions. If the work changes phase, review headcount, cleaning and access before treating the original unit position as permanent for the whole project.
Keep the toilet plan current as the job changes
A new phase may bring more trades, a closed driveway or a different work area. Tell the rental contact before relocating equipment or blocking a service route. For an occupied property, agree which facilities belong to the crew and which remain available to residents or customers.
Review at a project handover
- Peak workers present at the same time, including subcontractors
- Washing arrangements outside private or customer-only rooms
- Changes to the approach or the expected finish date
