Give the rental team the contractor entrance
A mailing or guest address may not identify where equipment can be delivered. Share the actual entrance, available hours and the person approving placement. Mention narrow turns, overhead obstacles or gates during the enquiry so the proposed visit can be reviewed against the property.
Arrange access beyond the first delivery
Discuss cleaning and replenishment alongside the installation, including who admits vehicles outside normal public hours. Keep pickup in the project handover notes. If the regular site contact leaves before collection, nominate someone else rather than assuming access remains available.
Make the service entrance usable on the agreed day
The address identifies the project, but it may not identify the gate a service vehicle can use. Share a practical entrance description and a contact for any controlled access. Keep private gate credentials out of public messages and arrange a suitable way to provide them directly if required.
Before a visit is confirmed
- Identify the receiving contact and approved entrance
- Flag vehicle restrictions and competing deliveries
- Keep the position accessible until collection is agreed
