Start with the busiest overlap, not the invitation list
For a Lake Worth gathering, explain how many people may be present together, how long they stay and when the programme creates shared breaks. A total across a whole day does not show the pressure during one busy period. Include organisers, caterers and setup or clearing crews when describing facility use.
Bring a simple schedule
- Guest arrival and departure periods
- Preparation and cleanup hours
- Periods when existing bathrooms close or become unavailable
For work, describe the shifts and available facilities
Give the number of workers expected at the busiest time, including overlapping trades. Explain whether indoor bathrooms remain usable during repairs and whether the crew can actually access them. The site manager must assess applicable workplace requirements; this guide is not a compliance calculator.
Discuss washing separately
A toilet count does not answer where people wash. Include soap-and-water washing and any accessible equipment and route needs in the same request.
Review the recommendation against the layout
Share where people gather or work and how they reach the proposed facilities. Tell the rental contact about separated activity areas, service access and use over multiple sessions. Ask how the equipment quantity and agreed support address that brief, rather than relying on a universal guests-per-unit formula.
