Use the venue window to plan the visit
Give the time facilities must be ready and the last time people will need them, alongside the hours rental vehicles may enter. A brief occasion can still require a wider rental window. Have the business confirm the arrangement before relying on a requested date.
Keep a short booking detailed enough to work
Discuss the users, equipment features, washing and accessible needs. Review delivery, supplies and collection in the proposal. If the venue changes its timetable, contact the rental team promptly so the accepted plan can be reviewed rather than silently assumed to follow the new schedule.
A brief rental still needs a receiving contact
Give the usable delivery and collection windows, not simply the number of days. A venue booking, home repair or one-off occasion may restrict when vehicles can enter. Ask the rental contact to confirm the accepted timetable and what happens if the property is not ready.
Before accepting the short booking
- The earliest approved equipment arrival
- The final time facilities are required
- A reachable contact for both receiving and removal
