Choose the convenience people will actually use
Explain whether flushing, an interior sink or another feature is important for the occasion. Ask what the proposed upgraded cabin contains and how it is supported. An upgraded label does not identify the same facilities in every rental proposal.
Compare the upgrade against a trailer
If a more elaborate setup is being considered, review entry, utilities and the vehicle approach as well as appearance. A single cabin may suit a property where trailer setup is less practical. Discuss the actual options for the dates and include washing, supplies and servicing in the comparison.
Put the requested upgrade into the quote
If flushing is the reason for choosing an upgraded cabin, ask for that feature to be written into the proposal. A description such as deluxe may refer to different amenities. Check whether washing is inside the cabin or requires another station, and how the selected facilities will be supported during use.
Ask for a feature-by-feature description
- The flushing or washing feature you actually need
- Any supplies or utilities required by that model
- Whether a standalone cabin or trailer better matches the occasion
