Keep event review and equipment booking separate
Delray Beach publishes a special-event application and review process through its Office of Special Events. If your activity falls within that process, confirm the relevant requirements with the city. A proposed toilet arrangement should fit the event layout, but accepting an equipment quote does not constitute permission to hold the event.
Plan for the hours guests do not see
Include supplier setup and clearing away in the period when people need sanitation. Explain whether access will become restricted once the occasion begins. For later use, discuss the actual route to the units and any lighting or utility arrangements with the responsible organiser rather than assuming the equipment provides them.
Compare the complete rental arrangement
Ask which features the proposed model includes, whether washing is separate and how supplies or cleaning are handled. For construction, add the crew pattern and changing work areas to that discussion. Keep the site contact informed so service and collection are not delayed by an entrance nobody can open.
